First Option Healthcare Staff Training

To deliver the best possible service to families, we ensure all our staff—whether based in the office or working directly with families—are thoroughly trained in the fundamentals of complex care.

When an employee joins First Option Healthcare they are required to take part in our training and refresh those skills every year.

This training enables our teams to understand the challenges families face and handle inquiries with expertise and compassion.

For our HCAs and nurses, it ensures consistent, high-quality care, giving families confidence in our ability to respond effectively to any situation.

After completing CSTF Mandatory Training (to be provided by FOCE by the end of 2024), staff have to cover our two days of mandatory clinical and non-clinical healthcare skills training.
